Nelson has called the Hilliard, Dublin, and Plain City areas home for over 30 years, with most of that time dedicated to the real estate industry. Before pursuing his career in real estate, he served 11 years in the U.S. Air Force. He earned his real estate license in 1994 with Ross Realtors and spent 12 years as Vice President of a central Ohio new home construction company. These diverse experiences have provided him with more than 27 years of valuable real estate expertise. His background enables him to give his clients a competitive edge, helping them secure the best deals and highest prices. Nelson is committed to delivering exceptional service through loyalty, hard work, and honesty.

He is happily married to his wife, Lori, and currently resides in Plain City, Ohio. They have a son, Ryne, a graduate of The Ohio State University who is now part of the Hilton management team in Cleveland, Ohio. They also have a daughter, Molly, who is a graduate of The Ohio State University and works as a real estate attorney in Denver, Colorado. They are incredibly proud of both.
